You can book a session with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Do I have to pay for the session in advance?
At the time of booking, you only have to pay 30% of the total price in advance. The rest is paid once the session is over.
How can I pay for the sessions?
The advance payment must be made by credit card or debit card at the time of booking. The rest of the amount is paid once the session has finished. You can make this last payment in cash or by bank transfer. If you prefer the second option, we will send you an email with our bank account number for the transfer once the session is over.
Do all sessions have the same price?
All our photographers have set the same price for their sessions with shotindonostia.com and all sessions offered are worth the same. However, some proposals require the purchase of an entry or transport ticket. In these cases, the payment will be borne by the customer. You will find detailed information about the extra costs in the file of each proposal. For those sessions that exceed the basic conditions, it is necessary to request a budget in advance.
Is the price shown on the website the total price?
All the prices that appear in the web include the corresponding taxes. No type of extra tax or charge will be applied to the online payment, except for those that may be charged by your own bank (charges for currency conversion, etc.). Some proposals involve extra costs such as transport tickets or entry tickets, which must be paid during the session. Do I have to choose a specific route for my session?
You must choose one of the proposals that appear on the web, but you will have the option to customize it to your liking or even combine it with another proposal if possible. Your photographer will be in charge of guiding you appropriately.
Is there a limit of participants in the session?

How long do the sessions last?
All the sessions that appear on the web have a standard duration of 90 minutes. To book a session of longer duration it is necessary to request a budget in advance.
How do I stay with the photographer?
The meeting place with the photographer will depend on the proposal you have chosen. The meeting point is indicated in the file of each proposal. In any case, in the confirmation email of your booking you will find a link where you can download a map with the exact point where your photographer will wait for the start of the session. Our photographers always carry a SHOTiNDONOSTIA credential hanging from the neck, so you can easily identify them.
Can I change the time of my session?
Once the booking is made, the possibility of changing day or time will depend on availability. If you wish to change a booking, you must send us an Email as soon as possible and wait for our confirmation.
What happens if I do not go to the session?
From the moment you book a session, you have a maximum of 14 days to cancel your appointment. If the appointment is set for a shorter period of those 14 days, you have until the same day and time of the session to cancel it. If we do not receive an email with the cancellation within these deadlines, you will legally lose the right to recover the advanced amount. Keep in mind that your slot can not be used by another client.
What if I'm late?
The more timely you come, the more time the photographer will have for the session. In any case, you should know that the photographer will not wait more than 30 minutes at the meeting point. When and how will I receive the photos?
Once the photographs have been processed, we will send you a link to our professional account in Pixieset, from which you can access your own gallery. The process of downloading the photographs will be protected with a password. The shipment will be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the session. How many photos will you give me for the session?
Shotindonostia.com guarantees the delivery of a minimum of 50 different photos for each session. The photos are delivered in JPG, digitally processed and without any watermark. In addition, you can download each of the photographs in 2 sizes: normal resolution and high resolution.
Does the photographer keep a copy of my photographs?
Legally, the photographer is the owner of the photographs he takes, and through the contract signed with the client, undertakes to assign the free use and disposal of these photographs once processed. However, for the safety of the clients, all our photographers guarantee the conservation of the original material of all the sessions for 1 year.
Can the photographer freely use my photographs?
The photographer may only use your photographs to be published on this website and/or in the accounts of shotindonostia.con on the different social networks, provided that he has the express consent of the persons photographed. The publication of photographs of children will require the express permission of their legal guardians.
